The Baltimore County Department of Aging State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) provides free, unbiased, and confidential Medicare counseling to County residents. Our trained counselors help individuals age 65 and up and those under 65 receiving SSDI understand their options and make informed decisions about their coverage.
